Au Tau Porridge in Vietnamese cuisine

Au Tau porridge in Vietnamese cuisine has long been considered a specialty porridge in Ha Giang. This porridge in Vietnamese cuisine was originally a dish to relieve colds of the Mong people, but later became a specialty dish loved by many people. People here call it au Tau porridge because it is made from upland rice and pig’s feet, which are mixed with au Tau tubers to create a unique dish.
