Enthusiast soup in Vietnamese cuisine

The flavor of the soup in Vietnamese cuisine is made from wild vegetables. This is not a familiar dish in Vietnamese cuisine, often present on the rice tray of the Central Highlands, but only processed to treat esteemed guests.
