Grilled crayfish rattan salad in Vietnamese cuisine

Salad is a very typical in Vietnamese cuisine. Each region has different ways of using ingredients and processing for salads. “Dot rattan” is a typical dish in Vietnamese cuisine often included in the daily meals of the S’tieng people in Binh Phuoc province. The rattan buds are used to process food and act as a medicine, detoxifying alcohol, treating flatulence and abdominal distension.
