After releasing a few designs with pink flowers in Mua cave near Tam Coc Ninh Binh, I started to enter the lotus pond by a bamboo bridge extending to the middle of the lagoon. When I went at the right time when the lotus crop was over, I could see lotus pistil and a few small new flowers everywhere. I ask you, why are there so many pistils, but there is no one near the path. My friend laughed and said: “Because everyone thinks like you, there is no lotus pistil close to that way (because if it was close, it would have been cut off). Well, in order to go to the right lotus blooming season, you should consider coming here in the last month of May and beginning of June!.
Then we started the journey
Then we started the journey to conquer the stairs to reach the top of Hang Mua near Tam Coc Ninh Binh. Climbing, breathing, breathing, then take pictures again. That “loop” kept repeating because every time I climbed up, my friend caught a good angle, I was dragged out as a reluctant “photo model”. The higher you look down, the more harmonious scenery of mountains and rivers is like a majestic painting. It is not natural that people talk about the land of Ninh Binh in general and the beautiful scenery here in particular.
We went down the mountain when it was already dark, me and my friend decided to go to Tam Coc Ninh Binh (about 3km from Mua Cave), partly to have dinner, partly to visit. Halfway through, we encountered a heavy rain, after getting quite wet, we decided to stop at the grocery store to buy two temporary raincoats. Going through the streets, we chose a mountain goat meat restaurant and had dinner. After stretching the navel and the weather had cleared, we did a few rounds around the city and ended the first day here with many emotions.
