Noodles with Tofu and shrimp paste

Vermicelli with Tofu and shrimp paste is one of the specialties in VietNamese cuisine of the North. That is loved by many people. A dish of vermicelli noodles in VietNamese cuisine  will include vermicelli, fried tofu and many other side dishes such as cucumber, fried spring rolls, squid rolls, boiled meat and dipping with shrimp paste. The unique taste of this dish is so popular that restaurants in all parts of Vietnam sell it.

However, not all meals in VietNamese cuisine  enjoy this dish. There are many people who cannot eat shrimp paste, so they eat it with fish sauce or soy sauce.
