Western noodle soup in Vietnamese cuisine

My mother went to Chau Doc because she bought fish sauce to send, so my aunt cooked it for me. This noodle dish in Vietnamese cuisine is a specialty in Soc Trang, Bac Lieu and Ca Mau areas. The broth is light sweet and fragrant with the smell of fish sauce, not as dense as vermicelli. Eat with snakehead fish, ground shrimp and skin, but not with grilled pork and squid like vermicelli in Vietnamese cuisine
